You don't need to have it all figured out. Therapy is about meeting yourself where you are — with curiosity, compassion, and creative expression.

About Me
I'm an integrative therapist specialising in art therapy, psychotherapy and counselling. I believe that creativity is a powerful route to self-understanding — and that everyone deserves a space where they can explore their inner world without judgement.
My practice blends evidence-based therapeutic approaches with creative expression, tailored to each individual. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply want to understand yourself better — I'm here to walk alongside you.
What I Offer
Every person is different. I offer three complementary approaches that can be used individually or woven together.
Express what words can't capture. Using drawing, painting, clay and collage, art therapy accesses emotions through creative making — no artistic skill needed.

Sessions are typically weekly. Together we'll review progress and adapt as you grow.
Kind Words
Mona creates such a warm, safe space. Art therapy helped me access feelings I didn't know how to put into words. I finally feel like I'm moving forward.
I was nervous about starting therapy, but Mona made me feel at ease from the very first session. Her approach is gentle yet incredibly insightful.
The combination of talking and creative work was exactly what I needed. I've recommended Therapy For Now to several friends since.

Questions
Not at all. Art therapy isn't about making beautiful art — it's about using creative materials as a way to explore and express feelings. No experience or skill is needed.
It depends entirely on you. Some people benefit from 6-12 sessions of focused work, while others find longer-term therapy more helpful. We'll regularly check in about what feels right.
Counselling tends to focus on specific, present-day issues and practical coping strategies. Psychotherapy goes deeper into patterns, past experiences, and the underlying roots of how you feel. In practice, the two often overlap.
Yes. I offer sessions both in person (in London) and online via Zoom. Online therapy is just as effective for many people and offers greater flexibility.
Session fees are discussed during the free consultation. I offer a sliding scale for those who need it, because I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone.
Absolutely. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. The only exceptions are if there is a risk of serious harm — which I would always discuss with you first. I work within the BACP ethical framework.
